Rain...again???

So when I got up this morning I thought that I had made the conscious decision to not work out...
then I decided that I really needed to, otherwise I will make an excuse for the rest of the week out of it.

When I got done and was sitting in the nook enjoying my coffee I was sending a text about how "at least it wasn't raining"....
...that was before I looked outside at the HUGE DARK SKY that was about to DROP BOTTOM.

I didn't take a picture of it at the time because I was so upset about my jinxing myself, but it was awful on the way to school.

I must have hydroplaned at least 10 times on the way to school...
it was skeery.

Japanese was awesome, as per usual. The katakana alphabet is still proving to be quit challenging, but it is getting much easier.

I was rewarded by Dustin with a pink Starburst.
It was wonderful.

I have mentioned the flowers that we usually pick up on the way to our cars before, but this is a shot of part of the Camelia garden that we walk through on M/W/F.
There are flowers littering the ground and it's so beautiful, lots of different pinks and reds.
(You can't really see them well in this picture, I will have to bring my camera sometime)

After class, Dustin and I decided that Cracker Barrel was what we were craving...
Neither of us could ever solve the little puzzle they put on the table...
I cursed it in my heart for the mental pain it caused me.

There was also a really gnarly black guy that Dustin brought to my attention sitting near us...

He was like the crazy black Santa.
Really cool guy.

OUR DELICIOUS MEAL!
I'm not sure why I was so hungry today, (or just lately in general).

The sky was soooo beautiful on the way home today!!
I'm very particular about what kinds of clouds are "perfect" to me,

These are examples of perfect clouds!

So awesome. I get the best and worst view on the way to and from school....
because I always get the sunrise and sunset...
but for this I sacrifice by having said sun rise/set right in my EYES, blinding me the entire way.

*sigh*

I almost fell asleep about 10 times on the way home, like...eyes closed, jarring back into reality.
It was awful, I was so tired...and I'm too scared to stop in a town on the way and take a nap....too many creepers between Valdosta and T-ville....

My parents are going out to eat with my "Uncle" Richard tonight and they are going to bring me home a plate of delicious Chinese.

I am staying here because I have to throw together some junk to make it look like I did homework over the weekend, which I most definitely did not.
I'm not about to spend the weekend that should have been a three day weekend that turned out not to be doing homework that I don't like...that's silly.

Sooo the Chinese was good.
Didn't really need it.

My art professor from Thomas U. called about meeting with the other two students at TU tomorrow so that we can work out the details of the upcoming show.

I am really excited! Even though I will only have one large drawing and the rest photographs, I definitely am proud of my photos and the show will be really good. I am excited to see Becca and Michael's stuff.

I got my sketches for homework done....not really sure if everything is done for 3D or not, but I'm not worried about it.

Sitting at the nook table, I took off my jacket and noticed that my arms are looking a bit.....muscular??

It's not like I do 500 pushups before I go to bed, and I don't play the drums nearly as often as before....
WHAT'S GOING ON??
It's starting to freak me out...

So
tomorrow I am going to TU to meet with my prof. and the two other people about getting photos and drawings ready for the show. I am now thinking that I should maybe put in at least two more drawings and then maybe have a total of 7-9 works, (3 drawings/paintings, and 4-6 photographs).
We will see what my prof. says I guess.
I'm not looking forward to revisiting the campus from hell tomorrow, apparently the parking situation sucks just as much as when I left it last fall.
It's a giant mud hole a mile away from where I need to go. Grrreeeeaaat.

おやすみなさい!
