Dress shoppig!!....and...Sick?

Today was amaazzzinnnggg because I got to go shoppingggg
I left around 9:45 ish and got to the mall around 10:30/10:45.
Perfect timing for an up front parking spot YEYAH!

So I went in literally, every store that sells women's clothing in the mall looking for my perfect long-sleeve red dress...and was leaving when I thought that I would try the women's department of Dillards's just in case.
After much much much looking,
I FOUND EXACTLY what I was looking for!!
.....In a Large...
....crap.

Then I said, that would be awesome if there were a medium!
....then found one on a completely separate rack!
and so on and so forth, until I found the XS!!!
YEAH!
So I continued to look around to see if they had anything else like what I had been looking for for like..two hours.
Nope.
So I tried it on!

.....and it was "eh".
Nothing really like.....mindblowing.
I wasn't all that pleased with it....but it was only $30.
I contemplated....but then just decided against it and went back to the Junior's Prom dress section to look around for sales.
I always try to keep my blinders on when shopping in that section because I am THE biggest sucker for fancy dresses. I wish that I was famous so that I would have an excuse to wear dresses to fancy events.
...I tried....so hard.

1) I LOVED this green dress! It looked really good with my hair!, but....kind of form-fitting, and kind of hoochie.
2) This was by far, my favorite in all ways. Beautiful Champagne/Gold color, perfect size, perfect fit, the flattering "sweetheart" neckline, good length, and a BIG BOW!! With nice rhinestones on it!
3) Nice, simple champagne colored dress, with a cute belt, but something just didn't seem to go well. The color kind of washed me out as well.

Sooooo I guess you can figure that I got dress #2!
Beautiful beautiful dress...

And of course, with my luck, it was the most expensive.....
$80.....but it was worth it. That was gift money from birthday/christmas and I really loved this dress to death.

Now to do some Jillian this week to get some of my "moneybags" off around my arms.....

So afterward I had lunch with a friend at China Buffet and it was awesome!
I had some really thick and chewy Squid....not so great, but only because it wasn't fresh. The flavor was really good.

Then went to a lake/river around Red Hills, and sat on a blanket, enjoying the beautiful weather and beautiful view!

There were a lot of cute duckies out

And the whole road down to that place was completely canopied by these beautiful trees!

I LOVE IT!
Today was such a beautiful day

Then a dollar store trip that ended up in buying some flower seeds to plant behind the Chinese restaurant....
That is a longer story than what I wrote down, but it ends in that I still have.....er.....there still are 3 of my bags left....6 in all.

We planted two packs in a spot that would get cut down u___u;;

Toward the end of the night my cough was getting a little worse and my chest started hurting really badly. Couple that with a dire need to visit a restroom and my lower back killing me, it was a pretty uncomfortable night.

But all in all, today was awesome, and though I am running a low grade fever now, I fully expect to be back to 100% after a wonderful, LONG night's rest.
