I woke up at 7 this morning to the sound of what I thought could have either been someone stomping around the house or bombs dropping somewhere nearby...
It was thunder....
CRAP!
I thought that we were done with the rain!
This sucks.
But oh well, if all that you can do about it is complain, then what's the use?
I do wish that could have slept a little longer though...

I just hope that the rest of this week yields as nice of weather as we have had the past three days. I can't believe it's been more than a year since I went biking....I should have at least done some around our house yesterday before I left. I'll remember that next time...
It looks so nasty outside!
This is one of those days where I wish that I wasn't in school, but rather working my home business of making clothes and crap. Or painting or SOMETHING other than driving an hour to walk around in the rain....geez.

So the weather was absolutely HORRID driving to Valdosta today...
My car skidded too many times for me to still feel comfortable...
That's what I got to walk to Japanese (all the way across campus) in.
But guess what??
THE SUN CAME OUT!!!
After class Dustin and I met Anna at the Chick-Fil-A and got the student deal on buy a combo, get an entree free! So free nuggets for the Pope!
Then on the drive back we always pass this place:

Me: "Where is 'Mrs. Carwash'?"
Dustin: "In the kitchen."

MORE GRATUITOUS PICTURES OF THE SKY!
It was so beautiful on the drive home.
You can't really see here, but I was trying to show how my hair gets all wavy when it's humid outside, especially when it was longer and thinner, but today it was all "WhhoooaaaHHhHHh!!"

So when I got back into town I stopped by Wal-Mart to pick up stuff to make pillow cookies at Dustin and Lucas's....
Walking into the store I got cat-called by some black dude hanging out of his car like an idiot and I shot him a perturbed look.
It certainly wasn't a compliment and I looked like poo so it was probably more like a joke. But still. What a jerk, either way.
Looook at pillow cookies!
Dustin/Dustin's mom's lasagna was aweeesome.

And my Pillow Cookies and...brownie with in-bakes sugar cookie-concoction turned out well!
The cookies were delicioso, but we were all pretty full from dinner.

The rest of the night consisted of sitting lazily on the couch watching Rifftrax shorts.
They were amazing.

I left at about 9:30 because I was falling asleep on the couch.
I'm not so sleepy now, just tired, but I know that I will be dozing off in a little while....
おやすみなさい
