Midterms and a Haircut!

So I woke up this morning around 8 to get ready to leave for my haircut!
I had a grapefruit for breakfast <3>
It was supposed to be just a trim so that my hair could start growing back out....

(Before)
AFTER!

Then at the last minute I decided that while it was still shorter I might as well try out a style I had been thinking of for a while.
And voila!

New hair!
It will take some getting used to and some styling, but I like it!
Something different at least.

So when I got back home I started on the whole healthy thing...
Cabbage and Chicken Broth soup, Light & Fit Diabetic Friendly (no I'm not diabetic) strawberry yogurt, and baby kosher dill!
...I ended up having a bowl of cereal as well...I didn't even eat all of the soup.

On my way to school, the weather was incredibly overcast, and I got into town just in time!

FOR THE TRAIN.
It got all the way through, then stopped, then back up slowly.
It took forever....and that made finding a parking space at the UC incredibly adventurous.

I was actually productive in 3D today!
Mr. Peterman helped me get everything set up and poured.
It ended up being a LOT more plaster than I thought it was going to be...
but hopefully the black dye swirls will look cool once they are carved into!

I'm pretty sure that I made a 100 on my Comp. in Art test, but if not, I know that I got an A!

The weather was just as bad on the way home...

But thankfully it didn't rain on me once today!
Just some sprinkling on the road.

My mom cooked again tonight (delicious chicken casserole with green beans and croissant rolls!) and told me to check the mail when I got back...

BECAUSE ZOMBIELAND CAME IN FROM NETFLIX!
So we watched that during dinner and had some coffee to finish it off!

My mom liked it even! I just had to make sure that I could help her avoid seeing the really gory parts...

  1. We watched Zombieland Sunday night. It was funny, but definitely gory.
