Another long, but awesome day!
I got up, washed my face, got dressed, and worked out!
I'm so glad that I did....
After I worked out I had some coffee and sat with my mom for a bit because I played drums.
The pecan grove I pass every day was looking particularly nice, as it was mowed over the weekend!
I was running just a little late today, but got to school in time to walk leisurely to class and still have time to sit outside in the awesome weather.
After Japanese, Dustin and I grabbed some lunch at Beijing Cafe
I got Chicken and Vegetables,
trying to be adventurous and get something different.
I made a mistake...it was okay, but you can NEVER go wrong with the Chicken Fried Rice.
After lunch I went to CAH and listened to a lot of BS for two hours, then got last week's test back that I didn't even bother to look over material for.
I got a 97.
The whole way home I was eager to go for a jog once I got home....
AND I ACTUALLY DID!
I went jogging for about 10 minutes in this outstanding weather and loved (almost) every minute of it.
It got pretty hot after a while and I haven't ran in a long time, but I think that I did pretty well considering.
My dad grilled his amazing Honey Mustard chicken for dinner and we had that, (peas that I didn't eat), creamed corn, and sweet potatoes.
It was amazing.
Then after dinner I played drums again, further irritating my already busted blisters.
I'm retarded sometimes.
Also, I ruined part of my diet by eating the M&Ms that Dustin got for me yesterday as a treat for cleaning.
Oh well.
It was totally worth it.
Even if working out doesn't yield IMMEDIATE results, I at least feel amazing for the rest of the day because I did something that was good for me.
I find that I'm also not as hungry when I exercise. Maybe that's the trick...you just have to force yourself to work out more and you won't be as hungry, so you burn more calories cumulatively.....
I dunno.
There's a crazy catch to all of this dieting and working out crap, I'm sure.
Maybe it's all a hoax.
