Lonnnggg day today....
I was supposed to get up at 6:30 but for some reason my body decided that it was time to get up around 6:12...but if I'm up and I feel rested, then I don't care about waking up early, I actually prefer it rather than sleeping in the whole time and not wanting to get up at all.
So I got up and got ready to go, and was running about 15 minutes late when I got to Dustin's around 7:45. Moss was just leaving for breakfast with his co-workers before the last day of his first week of work, which he said that he is really liking, which makes us all happy for him.
We stopped through town on our way to get some coffee to go, so that I wouldn't run us off the road and cause us to die in a fiery car crash....
I don't remember exactly what I got, I think it was a hazelnut vanilla iced latte or something....
I believe Dustin called it a "vanilla haze iced latte."
Which sounds like a totally made up name to me, but I don't care because it was delicious.
So I drove down to Valdosta and dropped Dustin at the FA, then took myself on an adventure to Kohl's for the first time.
I had been in a Kohl's before, but I didn't get to shop before I had to leave.
It was awesome....let's just say, 80% off racks = my new favorite.
I got a cute black sweater, and a pretty silver feather necklace <3
So after that shopping extravaganza, I went back to the school and got a pretty decent parking spot at Oak St. considering it's one of the busier parking days AND there were a lot of visiting prospective students today on campus.
I went to the Student Union and got one of our two usual spots picked and camped there for about an hour before Dustin showed up with nuts.
Peanuts that is....and the Honey roasted ones were
AMAZING.
We studied our flashcards and dodged the cleaning crew the whole time, also planning what to do after class:
We decided
1) If we got out early (due to the fact we had a sub)
then we would go to Masato for lunch.
and
2) If we didn't, then we would do Beijing Cafe
or
3) Go to the mall and get something there.
We decided on the mall.
After our leisurely walk to class on what may very well be the most BEAUTIFUL DAY EVAH, we sat outside in the shade, thinking that we were waiting for a class to get out.
There really was no class.
But Dustin thought that it would be hilarious to throw pollen pods and pulled up dirt/grass all over my legs that were forced to remain in a lady-like fashion.

I'm so pale.
After class we went to the mall, which was quite busy due to tax-free day....
we ate Chick-fil-A and then went into Hottopic because I was looking for some t-shirts.
I didn't find the specific "For Today" shirt that I was looking for, but I did find something possibly better.
YEYAH.
I was very pleased. So was the bearded-employee that complimented my choice and revealed to me that they had a new ABR shirt come in that morning.
(but it was long sleeved).
After meeting up with Dustin in Old Navy, we left for home and stopped by Grassroots again and he bought me another coffee, making him even with me, one was for gas and the other was for the dvd I picked up for him in Cairo.
Hooray for payment in Caffeine Currency!
This was some sort of Amaretto frappe I think....it was very very strong at first, but very very good the more I drank.
On my way home from dropping Dustin off at his house I called my mom and we spontaneously decided to do something!
I knew that she had been waiting for Date Night to come out and it had just opened today, so I asked her if she would want to go see that.
We thought about just going into town to see it, but I am always more than disappointed with my movie-going experience in Thomasville because the seating isn't in stadium style, so I always get stuck behind someone taller than me (which isn't really a difficult thing to do).
When we got there, we picked up our (pre-ordered because my mom is crazy) tickets, and then went to Bath and Body Works to waste the HOUR that we had before our movie started.
I wanted to smell the new scent they had out that I saw everyone raving about, "Orange Sapphire."
It smells AWESOME.
Like a spritz of orange peel.
They were having a special sale or something or another, so me and my mom ended up getting about 6 small body splash bottles of assorted scents (all different) and I got an "Orange Kiss" Lip gloss that is really sweet and smells good!
When we got back to the AMC we decided that popcorn would be a sufficient dinner.
There were also gates....
apparently they need them for the feeding time of the movie-goers at AMC....
Things can get pretty crazy at concessions....
The movie was really cute and entertaining. My mom loved it.
I wouldn't pay to see it again, but I would definitely watch it if it came on TV.
It was good.
わたしたち は えいが を みました。
(we learned past-tense today...)
I lurrrrve the movies.
On the way out of Tally I air drummed to ABR and my mom sat quietly...then I put on something that she would recognize:
JIMMY!
We karaoke'd the whole way home.
All in all, it was an incredibly long day, but an incredibly good one.
Hopefully this whole weekend will be awesome.
It's been a very long and hectic week.
Ohohohohoh!!!
Also,
I just found out that I could be going to Japan as early as June 3/4!!!
CRAZY!!!
